Then Tim welcomes Kansas's lead singer, Ronnie Platt to the show to discuss Kansas's upcoming tour and album, as well as Ronnie's journey throughout the music industry and how he landed the lead singing role in the legendary rock group, Kansas.

Later in the show, Tim shares a personal story that happened earlier this week at his local bank, and explains what he learned in a moment of tension.
