Episode description

Tim opens the show (after the customary weather/sports check) with thoughts on the pitching and booing of Phillies starter Tajuan Walker, as well as the current GFA World partnership. Also featured are clips from Scott Baio (Happy Days, Charles in Charge) and Adam Agee (Newsboys bass player), both of whom appear in the new God's Not Dead: In God We Trust film.

Actor James Madio climbs in the ring later in the program to talk about his new film "The Featherweight" which presents a gripping chapter in the true-life story of Italian-American boxer Willie Pep (portrayed by Madio). Pep, the winningest fighter of all-time (yet whose story is largely untold), finds himself down and out in his 40s...and with his personal life in shambles, decides to return to the ring--at which point a documentary camera crew enters his life. "The Featherweight" premiered at the 80th Venice International Film Festival and is slated for a streaming release later this year or early 2025.
