As an Associate Partner and Director of Talent, Zach talks about the caliber of education weighing on a job opportunity. Today, his initiative creates space for those at the table to be expanded as they provide a mentorship unlike any other. Without a traditional classroom setting The Academy is providing real-time connections, experiences and tangible job opportunities to students they might not have otherwise had. Zach reminds us that amazing ideas exist, we just need to provide a true opportunity for them to flourish, and advocate for change.
