David Swales suffered a stroke just after he'd crossed the finish line of a 10k cross country race. On this episode, Molly Tresadern from the BHF talks with David about how his life has changed, coping with depression following a stroke, and his return to running - which led him to cross the finishing line of the London Marathon.
