In this episode, she speaks to Olympic silver medallist and World Champion, Roger Black MBE. Despite being diagnosed with congenital heart disease aged 11, Roger went on to achieve world renowned success in athletics. He tells Charmaine about keeping his heart condition a secret from his peers, about the one time he deliberately missed his regular heart check-up and about why he is so passionate about being an ambassador for BHF.
