Paul Sowerby was having a normal Sunday morning playing squash with his daughter - until he collapsed due to a sudden cardiac arrest. In this episode, Molly Tresadern from the BHF speaks to Paul about what happens when 'the lights go out', how he came to terms with his cardiac arrest, and what he's been doing with his second chance at life.
