Having proactive team members is great because it reduces the "fire-fighting" reactive mentality that often builds up in our teams and workplaces.
In this episode, I share some of my tips for cultivating a more proactive team, that you can try for yourself. They aren't rocket science, but you do need to be consistent to get results.
