Episode description

When you're trying to implement a change in your team, it can be tempting to just push it through. After all, you're the boss, right?

Unfortunately this is the attitude taken by many organisations who fail to plan changes adequately and consider the different aspects of change. However, taking a "It's my way or the highway" approach can lead to long-term damage to your team and organisation as resentment grows for the leadership team.

In this episode I cover some of the questions to consider when trying to implement a change in your team, as well as introduce a simple framework that can help you structure your change efforts.

Yes, change is constant and you will never please everyone, but leaders can and should be doing a lot better when it comes to leading change initiatives.

If you like this episode, I'd be ever so grateful if you could please leave a review on Apple Podcasts. It really helps other leaders find the podcast so we can help create better workplaces around the world. Thank you in advance!
