I sat down with Dave Delinko in his restaurant less than a year after he opened "The Salad House" Downtown my hometown of Somerville NJ. He broke down his journey as a restaurant owner and how he started in law but had an itch for entrepreneurship and decided to take on franchising!

This intrigued me because I always dreamed of owning franchises after I become rich. Dave walked me through some of the Pros and Cons of restaurant ownership and then blessed me with a free Salad!
