Episode description

Welcome to the Therapy Sisters Podcast! We are so glad you're here!! Grab our FREE Guide: The Overwhelmed Woman’s Pocket Guide to Connecting Back to Her Life Today we kick off our summer minisode series! This will be a two part series spanning the months of July and August. In July we’re going to take turns discussing how to foster curiosity in our lives. In August we’re going to discuss self-compassion. Both of these are absolute values to the Therapy Sisters, both in life and in our clinical practices.  This two-part series will look a little different. We’ll still release an episode on Tuesdays, but it will be a short minisode with some teaching and a specific focus. On Thursdays we’ll provide some kind of practice to help you build your curiosity and/or practice self-compassion. The Thursday exercises will coincide with the Tuesday minisodes. We hope this will be a fun, bite-sized valuable couple of months! We’re kicking off today by defining what curiosity is and how it’s the antidote to self-judgment. Take a listen and don’t forget to return on Thursday for your guided practice! Thank you for joining us!
