The tech workforce has, for a long time, been skewed towards men. Efforts to promote diversity and inclusion are gaining momentum, striving to create a balanced environment that harnesses a wide range of perspectives and talents, driving innovation and sustainable growth in the industry. However the gap is still wide and begs many questions. Are women not interested in tech, or are they not being given enough opportunities to enter the tech space?
