Choosing Yourself First

It is counterintuitive for many leaders to realize that they have to prioritize themselves for the rest of the team to be effective. Don't be so humble that you undermine your own growth and therefore, your capability to help the team around you perform at its best. This week's episode is all about learning where you need to put your ego aside, stop considering what others might think, and choose your own growth first.
