Today, our guest is Ashley Y. Lipscomb. Ashley is the Co-founder & CEO of the Institute for Anti-Racist Education, Inc. and she has a wealth of experience working with, motivating, and advocating for students and educators. A graduate of Hampton University (BA English and Master in Teaching), Harvard Divinity School (MDiv), and Montclair State University (Certificate in Supervision). She has committed her life's work to the liberation and healing of her community and education is where she believes a more just world can be created.
