She has over 25 years of experience in education. As a veteran principal in public schools, challenging & complex behavior have become her specialty. The more severe the problem ... the more curious she becomes. Jen reminds us that building more confidence & expertise in managing our situation can be a game changer, but we must slow down and create a strategy.
