In today's episode, I'm revealing the way I like to describe the process of worrying.
I'll give you an approach that you've never heard before, most likely, and ways you can help yourself when you're having a good, old fashioned worry session.

Funny enough, I catch myself worrying quite a bit about things that are out of my control.  So don't be fooled when you think to yourself that I've got this whole thing figured out and I never worry anymore ever.

Worry is part of our primitive hard-wiring, if you ask me.  We are so well-practiced at it.

Worry is a habit.

But like any habit, we can learn how to pause the act of that habit and redirect our brain to something more productive.

Because just like a rocking horse, worry feels like we're accomplishing something because our brain is busy.  But that's simply not the case.
