Choose Joy, Part I

Spring is often a time of reflection as we look toward the change of seasons with a renewed sense of hope and expectation. For educators, we often look forward spring break because we do indeed need a break. Whether we're experiencing stress or heading toward burnout, it's clear that spring break offers us time to rest and focus on things that bring joy to our lives. The Teachable Moment for this week is to carve out time for your passions and engage in things that will make your heart sing and bring you joy. Choose joy!
