Lindsay is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, Licensed Mindful Eating for Diabetes Facilitator, and HAES (Health At Every Size) aligned practitioner and has been living with type 1 diabetes for over 32 years is the host of the Intuitive Diabetic Podcast.
