In this episode, I’m joined by Natalie. Natalie is an Eating Disorder recovery mentor who has a lived experience of overcoming an eating disorder. Natalie was a guest on episode 38 and in this episode, the focus is on Natalie’s journey living with type 1. Natalie discusses:

  • her life living with Diabulimia and eating disorders and the impact this has on those around her
  • the moment that made her want to change 
  • finding her reason why and how this made her change
  • life as a recovery mentor
