[SPEAKER_00]: I get messages every single day from people telling me, they just don't have enough money saved. [SPEAKER_00]: They're stretched to their absolute limit. [SPEAKER_00]: And if you're living paycheck to paycheck right now, this video was going to be for you. [SPEAKER_00]: This is not going to be your typical, you know, pay off that type video. [SPEAKER_00]: No, many of you are feeling like you're doing everything right.
[SPEAKER_00]: You're working hard, you're showing up, you're paying your bills, but you still can't seem to get ahead and I understand that, right? [SPEAKER_00]: Distress of checking your account before you even swipe the card. [SPEAKER_00]: I've been there, I understand you. [SPEAKER_00]: But here's what nobody is telling you about being broke. [SPEAKER_00]: I was twenty something years old, living paycheck to paycheck, making every single financial mistake in the book.
[SPEAKER_00]: Then I discovered [SPEAKER_00]: these nine money moves that changed everything for me and family when I say this. [SPEAKER_00]: If I can go from checking my account balance in the grocery store line to never worrying about money again so can you if I can go. [SPEAKER_00]: from putting in my debit card at the gas station hoping that it will get pre-authorized for a dollar to never ever question and can I get guys against so can you?
[SPEAKER_00]: This is passionate for me because I've been there and I know what it feels like to be working on two jobs, three jobs, just two survive. [SPEAKER_00]: So today I want you to dial in and I want to walk you through exactly what to do when you do not have enough money. [SPEAKER_00]: When you're stuck in that paycheck to paycheck cycle and the nine moves that would change your financial life forever.
[SPEAKER_00]: Let's be honest, most people are stressed and stuck in the paycheck to paycheck cycle because they were never taught of money actually works. [SPEAKER_00]: That is exactly why I built this channel. [SPEAKER_00]: Every week, my team and I are breaking down how to master your money, how to get out of that safe, invest, and build wealth without borrowing a dime. [SPEAKER_00]: No fluff, no hype. [SPEAKER_00]: Just real money content actually helps you win. [SPEAKER_00]: financially.
[SPEAKER_00]: You see, because money impacts every aspect of our lives, our peace, our relationships, and even our future. [SPEAKER_00]: If you don't take control of it, it will look control you. [SPEAKER_00]: And if you're tired of just surviving and you're ready to build wealth guys way, you're in the right place. [SPEAKER_00]: Over nine hundred thousand people have already subscribed to our YouTube channel with over millions of downloads and our applicants, Spotify, podcast.

[SPEAKER_00]: Hit that subscribe, family. [SPEAKER_00]: Join this community. [SPEAKER_00]: Let's build real wealth. [SPEAKER_00]: Let's build real financial freedom together. [SPEAKER_00]: It's your boy. [SPEAKER_00]: Hit that subscribe. [SPEAKER_00]: Let's get back to the show.
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm gonna get straight to it. [SPEAKER_00]: Let's go. [SPEAKER_00]: Move number one. [SPEAKER_00]: Stop accepting broke as your identity. [SPEAKER_00]: Stop accepting being average as your identity. [SPEAKER_00]: Stop accepting. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm just like everyone else as your identity. [SPEAKER_00]: Because we gotta start right here. [SPEAKER_00]: I know it sounds so cliche, Anthony, but mindset really is everything.
[SPEAKER_00]: You may not have any extra money right now, but you still have power and you still have God on your side. [SPEAKER_00]: The Bible says, all things are possible through me. [SPEAKER_00]: So if all things are possible through me, I gotta believe that I can't be wealthy. [SPEAKER_00]: I gotta believe that I can't be that free. [SPEAKER_00]: I gotta believe in here first. [SPEAKER_00]: I gotta accept what the Word of God says about me inside of here.
[SPEAKER_00]: You have the power to change your mindset. [SPEAKER_00]: You have the power to make choices that shift your financial future. [SPEAKER_00]: Listen to me, listen to me, listen, listen, listen. [SPEAKER_00]: You're not done. [SPEAKER_00]: You're not even broken. [SPEAKER_00]: You may have experienced life, you may have made some dumb decisions, but you're just in a tight season. [SPEAKER_00]: But staying broke will no longer be your choice.
[SPEAKER_00]: Once you understand how many really works, once you go from being a piece of the game to knowing how to play the game. [SPEAKER_00]: And today, on this show, I'm not here to beat you up. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm here to build you up. [SPEAKER_00]: So today is the last day, you say it is what it is. [SPEAKER_00]: Every time you get an argument, every time you just want to go in the towel, man, it is what it is. [SPEAKER_00]: No, I bumped that.
[SPEAKER_00]: From now on, it is what I decide it will be. [SPEAKER_00]: Come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on. [SPEAKER_00]: You all gotta say that with me. [SPEAKER_00]: From today moving on, [SPEAKER_00]: We're not saying it is what it is. [SPEAKER_00]: I need you to repeat after me right now. [SPEAKER_00]: If you're driving in your car, if you're watching this live, type it inside of the chat section.
[SPEAKER_00]: If you're watching this on the replay after his live, I want you to type it inside a comment section. [SPEAKER_00]: But right now, I want you to speak it out loud. [SPEAKER_00]: From today moving on, it is what I decide it will be. [SPEAKER_00]: Why? [SPEAKER_00]: Because the Bible says, speak it. [SPEAKER_00]: Speak it. [SPEAKER_00]: I will be wealthy. [SPEAKER_00]: I will be debt-free. [SPEAKER_00]: I will change my family future. [SPEAKER_00]: My children will be wealthy.
[SPEAKER_00]: My children will be able to have shoes. [SPEAKER_00]: My children will be able to go to any college that they desire to go to. [SPEAKER_00]: I am changing things through. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_00]: Here's moving number two. [SPEAKER_00]: Learn to money rules. [SPEAKER_00]: They never taught you. [SPEAKER_00]: Learn to money rules. [SPEAKER_00]: Your parents never taught you. [SPEAKER_00]: They church never taught you. [SPEAKER_00]: The schools never taught you.
[SPEAKER_00]: You see, nobody taught us this stuff growing up. [SPEAKER_00]: And if you weren't raised around wealth, chances are you never learned how to manage money. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm in school completing my MBA. [SPEAKER_00]: I'll be done here in a couple of months. [SPEAKER_00]: I cannot believe still to this fact that [SPEAKER_00]: Man, I went back to school. [SPEAKER_00]: I got my bachelor's in finance and banking. [SPEAKER_00]: I got my executive MBA and church management.
[SPEAKER_00]: Then I start my doctoral program here in the fall. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm in October, man, to get my doctorate of my DBA and my DBA in finance and investing. [SPEAKER_00]: And what I was in my class, I had to do a presentation on my company. [SPEAKER_00]: I had to do a SWAT analysis. [SPEAKER_00]: And I'm gonna do some lessons on SWAT analysis, just so you all can learn this.
[SPEAKER_00]: That's well, I had to do a SWAT analysis on my company, while I was presenting to my particular class man, I had several people. [SPEAKER_00]: who were in their forties and fifties and watched this. [SPEAKER_00]: I even had young man in his twenties. [SPEAKER_00]: You know, I love my class and a lot of my peers, my classmates are watching this right now and I love you all. [SPEAKER_00]: Thank you so much for your words of encouragement here on this past week.
[SPEAKER_00]: But there was that man, Anthony, thank you for what you're doing because I never learned this. [SPEAKER_00]: I had a fifty-five year old young lady who transitioned from being married to out of her own. [SPEAKER_00]: She said, believe it or not, Anthony, at fifty-five years old, what you're teaching, I do [SPEAKER_00]: Not, no, and I need to know.
[SPEAKER_00]: Then I had a twenty-year-old tell me, my man listened, and I grew up in the home, and my parents never taught me to sub that, that you just presented to us of what your company is about. [SPEAKER_00]: So thank you so much. [SPEAKER_00]: We don't take financial literacy serious within our age bracket. [SPEAKER_00]: So if we were not raised around wealth, if our parents were not financially intellectually there, chances are we never learned how to manage money and respectfully.
[SPEAKER_00]: My parents didn't teach me how to build wealth. [SPEAKER_00]: You know why? [SPEAKER_00]: Because they weren't wealthy at that time from a practical standpoint. [SPEAKER_00]: But let me tell you right now, it may not be your fault that you didn't know, but it is your responsibility to learn. [SPEAKER_00]: Here are the five money rules that would change your life moving forward. [SPEAKER_00]: All right. [SPEAKER_00]: Number one, put this up there, Ed.
[SPEAKER_00]: Number one, money roll, it's been less than what you make. [SPEAKER_00]: They sound super simple, but most people fail here. [SPEAKER_00]: Number two, give each dollar a job, aka have a budget. [SPEAKER_00]: Before you spend it, give that dollar an assignment. [SPEAKER_00]: Number three, save before you spend it. [SPEAKER_00]: pay God first, pay yourself next. [SPEAKER_00]: Number four, debt, consumer debt, specifically, is not your friend.
[SPEAKER_00]: It's stealing from your future. [SPEAKER_00]: Number five, you don't need to look like you got it to build wealth. [SPEAKER_00]: This whole fake it till you make it is keeping us broke. [SPEAKER_00]: No, be you until you make it to the next age. [SPEAKER_00]: Those are the five simple money rules that I live by. [SPEAKER_00]: I spend less than what I make, why? [SPEAKER_00]: Because that creates margin. [SPEAKER_00]: Well, it's built when you have margin.
[SPEAKER_00]: I was teaching at Fifthville State University a month ago, and I was teaching these high schoolers. [SPEAKER_00]: And I said, man, do you understand what margin is? [SPEAKER_00]: I was like, what is margin? [SPEAKER_00]: And I told them on a day one, I told them to go home and ask their parents. [SPEAKER_00]: Mom and dad, what does margin mean financially?
[SPEAKER_00]: I want to say about seventy five percent of the kids came back and they said the parents didn't understand margin. [SPEAKER_00]: And margin simply this if I make five thousand and I'm only spending thirty five hundred dollars a month. [SPEAKER_00]: I got fifteen hundred dollars in margin. [SPEAKER_00]: That margin is what I use to build wealth. [SPEAKER_00]: That is what I'm investing. [SPEAKER_00]: So those five simple money rules. [SPEAKER_00]: This is the foundation.
[SPEAKER_00]: That is going to help you build wealth. [SPEAKER_00]: And I'm going to help you build on it. [SPEAKER_00]: All right. [SPEAKER_00]: So it's going to move number three. [SPEAKER_00]: Move number three. [SPEAKER_00]: You got to enter into the financial survival mode. [SPEAKER_00]: What do I mean by survival mode? [SPEAKER_00]: Simple terms. [SPEAKER_00]: Cut the fluff. [SPEAKER_00]: If you're struggling to breathe financially, it's time to enter financial survival mode.
[SPEAKER_00]: That means cutting everything that isn't a true need. [SPEAKER_00]: Example, I am on this journey of becoming healthier. [SPEAKER_00]: Forty-one years old and, man, I was sitting down my nutritionist and my coach. [SPEAKER_00]: And he said, man, we gotta cut the fluff out. [SPEAKER_00]: We need to cut out sugars. [SPEAKER_00]: It's not helping you. [SPEAKER_00]: Right now, we gotta cut out bread. [SPEAKER_00]: It's not helping you right now.
[SPEAKER_00]: You gotta get into fat burning mode. [SPEAKER_00]: You gotta get into feeding you things that you need and cutting out things that you necessarily do not need right now. [SPEAKER_00]: Because if you can cut out the fluff, you'll get to your weight goals quicker. [SPEAKER_00]: Sprinets back over to money. [SPEAKER_00]: What are your needs? [SPEAKER_00]: Rent utilities, groceries, transportations. [SPEAKER_00]: What is the fluff?
[SPEAKER_00]: Netflix, door bags, gym memberships, Amazon splurges, mall runs, emotional spending, excessive dating. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I said it. [SPEAKER_00]: Cut the dating, brothers, sisters. [SPEAKER_00]: Cut going to the diagonal and hair and now spot every other week. [SPEAKER_00]: Pause the Netflix. [SPEAKER_00]: Council that gym membership, you ain't going every single day anyway.
[SPEAKER_00]: And if someone says yellow, you only live once, tell them, I'm trying to live well for as long as I can. [SPEAKER_00]: Not just flakes one time and stay broke for the rest of my life. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm not trying to live for today. [SPEAKER_00]: And then when I'm seventy five freaking years old, I still gotta be at McDonald's, starting your day on grandchildren and getting cut out because they didn't have cheese on their burgers.
[SPEAKER_00]: At two o'clock in the morning, after they went to the club, I want to be in the bad sleep. [SPEAKER_00]: I want to wake up. [SPEAKER_00]: When I want to wake up, I want to go bad. [SPEAKER_00]: When I want to go to bed, and I want to get my grandchildren. [SPEAKER_00]: Whenever I want to get my grandchildren, and I want to spoil them and I crazy them. [SPEAKER_00]: Send them back home to their parents. [SPEAKER_00]: I want them to come over here and get cavities at my house.
[SPEAKER_00]: Send them back home. [SPEAKER_00]: And because listen to me, temporary sacrifices, bills, permanent freedom. [SPEAKER_00]: And if we could put that on the tweet on the screen somewhere, well I'm loving this, I'm loving this season that I'm in, temporary sacrifices, build permanent freedom. [SPEAKER_00]: Alright family, let me keep it real with you. [SPEAKER_00]: Right now. [SPEAKER_00]: You see, most people avoid talking about life insurance because it's uncomfortable.
[SPEAKER_00]: It takes forever to get approved and honestly, it feels like you're planning for the worst. [SPEAKER_00]: Totally kidding, right? [SPEAKER_00]: But I see an exact same thing. [SPEAKER_00]: Here's what changed in my mind. [SPEAKER_00]: You see, forty percent of Americans don't have life insurance at all. [SPEAKER_00]: The ones who do, their policies are usually worth just two times their annual salary.
[SPEAKER_00]: That's nowhere near enough money to protect your family, to protect the people who you say you love. [SPEAKER_00]: Can you know me? [SPEAKER_00]: I don't partner with just anybody. [SPEAKER_00]: But when I found ethos, I got my own two million dollar policy because they made it extremely simple. [SPEAKER_00]: No medical exams, no blood tests, no waiting weeks. [SPEAKER_00]: I literally got covered in ten minutes from my phone. [SPEAKER_00]: Note life.
[SPEAKER_00]: Over two thousand families get approved through ethos every single day. [SPEAKER_00]: They've got an A plus rating with the better business bureau and four point eight out of five stars on trust power. [SPEAKER_00]: These aren't just numbers. [SPEAKER_00]: These are real families getting protected right now. [SPEAKER_00]: Here's your bike insurance rates go up and by eight to ten percent every single year you wait.
[SPEAKER_00]: The same policy I got a few years ago will cost me way more if I buy today. [SPEAKER_00]: Your family's financial security should never depend on your paycheck alone. [SPEAKER_00]: That's not building well. [SPEAKER_00]: Don't wait until it's too late. [SPEAKER_00]: want you to visit anthonylo.com for us as ethos to get a free quote today. [SPEAKER_00]: You're going to apply a minute. [SPEAKER_00]: You're going to get covered today.
[SPEAKER_00]: You're going to protect your family's future. [SPEAKER_00]: We're counting on you. [SPEAKER_00]: Go to anthonylo.com for us as ethos. [SPEAKER_00]: Which leads me to move number four. [SPEAKER_00]: You've got to stack your first one thousand dollar emergency fund like yesterday. [SPEAKER_00]: Before you start tackling your consumer debt, [SPEAKER_00]: Before you start investing, I need you to stack cushion. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay? [SPEAKER_00]: Why?
[SPEAKER_00]: Because one flat tire, one medical bill, one miss check can take you out to gay. [SPEAKER_00]: So I want you to start with just a thousand dollars. [SPEAKER_00]: That's it. [SPEAKER_00]: Don't aim for five thousand. [SPEAKER_00]: I know why Tish have at least three to six months of your net pay saved inside of a Hollywood savings account. [SPEAKER_00]: But right now, I need you to get a small win. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't care if you have to sell old clothes on Facebook Marketplace.
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm actually selling a treadmill right now on Facebook Marketplace. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't care. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't care if you've got a babysitter on the weekends. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't care if you've got a flip furniture. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't care if you've got a drive Uber on Saturday mornings. [SPEAKER_00]: Friday evenings being get off the work.
[SPEAKER_00]: Do whatever you've got to do to get that thousand dollars inside of your high yield saves account fast like yesterday. [SPEAKER_00]: And the key here is, this money move is you have to have this in a separate account. [SPEAKER_00]: Do not put it inside of your checking account because you're gonna be tempted to spend it. [SPEAKER_00]: Do not even put it attached to your savings. [SPEAKER_00]: Don't even put it inside of your savings account.
[SPEAKER_00]: That's a task to your checking account that you see every single day. [SPEAKER_00]: No, this needs to be on a whole, another higher savings account. [SPEAKER_00]: Out of sight means out of sight. [SPEAKER_00]: out of sight means out of swipe. [SPEAKER_00]: That one thousand dollars is your shield. [SPEAKER_00]: It is your backup plan. [SPEAKER_00]: It is your very first quick win.
[SPEAKER_00]: And when you get this thousand dollars, you're going to put this inside of your highest savings account. [SPEAKER_00]: And we personally recommend so far here. [SPEAKER_00]: Go to anthemunil.comforce. [SPEAKER_00]: That's so fast. [SPEAKER_00]: It should be a lower third up on the screen right now. [SPEAKER_00]: If you're listening to this on podcast, we'll make sure to have that in the side of the side of the show knows.
[SPEAKER_00]: What I love about so far is if we're saving, if we're getting a thousand dollars, what they're going to give you three hundred dollars just to open up a check and then save as a count today. [SPEAKER_00]: So now you really only need to set aside seven hundred dollars. [SPEAKER_00]: For some of you all, that's the other maybe two or three items and you're at a thousand dollars.
[SPEAKER_00]: Just like [SPEAKER_00]: Which moves me on the move number five, because I think a lot of you all are gonna have to really find some hidden money. [SPEAKER_00]: It's there, our promise. [SPEAKER_00]: You said, Anthony, we're gonna come up with seven hundred dollars. [SPEAKER_00]: Well, we gotta find a money size budget. [SPEAKER_00]: You can't just save your way to what thousand dollars. [SPEAKER_00]: You just can't save your way to wealth.
[SPEAKER_00]: You need to create the margin. [SPEAKER_00]: Here's how, it's simple. [SPEAKER_00]: And we won't get a bunch of bills. [SPEAKER_00]: call your providers in negotiate. [SPEAKER_00]: I saved two hundred thousand month just by making phone calls. [SPEAKER_00]: I actually saved. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to be honest with you. [SPEAKER_00]: I saved six hundred dollars. [SPEAKER_00]: By calling around, I left State Farm.
[SPEAKER_00]: It was charging me about twelve to thirteen hundred dollars a month to ensure my cars. [SPEAKER_00]: Then I called, not called around. [SPEAKER_00]: I went online. [SPEAKER_00]: And I just put all of my information out there. [SPEAKER_00]: And all state came back and said, hey, we'll give you full coverage on all your cars for six hundred and twenty six hundred. [SPEAKER_00]: I can't mirror these at mouth. [SPEAKER_00]: Like six hundred fifty bucks somewhere around there.
[SPEAKER_00]: It's in the six hundred. [SPEAKER_00]: When I was like, wait, what? [SPEAKER_00]: So this is what I did, y'all. [SPEAKER_00]: I didn't finish the application. [SPEAKER_00]: Within a matter of an hour and a half, all of a sudden they called me. [SPEAKER_00]: And I said, hey, man, this is what I need. [SPEAKER_00]: This is what state farmers offer me. [SPEAKER_00]: I need the exact same coverage on my cars. [SPEAKER_00]: Is this the correct quote? [SPEAKER_00]: Lady came back.
[SPEAKER_00]: I think it was like at first like six hundred and like eighty bucks. [SPEAKER_00]: She said, yeah, and obviously, if you're willing to do a higher deductible, I said, what's the highest deductible? [SPEAKER_00]: Right now you have about a thousand, but you can put it at twenty five hundred. [SPEAKER_00]: If you put your height, if you put your deductible, twenty-five hundred dollars, then we can go down to save the boomer money. [SPEAKER_00]: I said, not a problem.
[SPEAKER_00]: I got the money inside my savings account. [SPEAKER_00]: Man, go up to the highest deductible. [SPEAKER_00]: Watch this because I have two cars. [SPEAKER_00]: She's like, well, we can take out roadside assistance because if one car goes down, you can use your other car. [SPEAKER_00]: I said, bet, take roadside assistance out. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't need it. [SPEAKER_00]: Not rose side assistance? [SPEAKER_00]: No, no, no, I'm sorry, rent the cars. [SPEAKER_00]: Negotiating.
[SPEAKER_00]: I started cutting bills. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, listen, the thirteen hundred dollars a month wasn't hurting my pocket. [SPEAKER_00]: There may be honest with you. [SPEAKER_00]: But why paid thirteen hundred would I be paying six hundred? [SPEAKER_00]: What did that just do? [SPEAKER_00]: It created margin. [SPEAKER_00]: Another one is, you can sell some stuff.
[SPEAKER_00]: That old iPad, those old shoes that are collecting dust, some of them dresses you have with tags on them, man, sell that stuff. [SPEAKER_00]: Another one is, bullshit income. [SPEAKER_00]: Take a weekend shift. [SPEAKER_00]: Deliver groceries, sell a digital product, start a stop hustle. [SPEAKER_00]: Start a YouTube channel. [SPEAKER_00]: Figure out a way to boost your income. [SPEAKER_00]: If you can find even just a hundred dollars of margin a month, that's the game changer.
[SPEAKER_00]: That's twelve hundred dollars a year. [SPEAKER_00]: That could fully fund your emergency account. [SPEAKER_00]: Pay it out, credit card. [SPEAKER_00]: Give you a little bit of breathing room. [SPEAKER_00]: It's not alive. [SPEAKER_00]: It's a little bit. [SPEAKER_00]: And do not think small. [SPEAKER_00]: Some of you are one idea away from a six-figure business. [SPEAKER_00]: You're one idea away from a extra twenty five thousand dollars a year side hustle.
[SPEAKER_00]: You're one idea away from your next breakthrough and to help you find this money. [SPEAKER_00]: Man, I want you to go to Anthony onel.com for slash twenty one day. [SPEAKER_00]: You should see it coming up here in the screen on low or third. [SPEAKER_00]: Again, if you're listening to this on the podcast, please go into the show notes. [SPEAKER_00]: For twenty one days, we're going to send you an email.
[SPEAKER_00]: every single day for two new one days and we're gonna walk you through how to go through your budget, how to negotiate, where you can find some things. [SPEAKER_00]: So again, go to Anthony on theo.com for us. [SPEAKER_00]: That's when we went there. [SPEAKER_00]: All right, I got like three more things. [SPEAKER_00]: We'll get it out of here. [SPEAKER_00]: Here's move number six.
[SPEAKER_00]: Use a written budget. [SPEAKER_00]: Don't do it in the side of your head. [SPEAKER_00]: Trust me on that. [SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I think I got it. [SPEAKER_00]: Wait, wait, no, no, no, no. [SPEAKER_00]: Let's keep it real. [SPEAKER_00]: You cannot win with money by guessing. [SPEAKER_00]: A budget is honestly not a punishment. [SPEAKER_00]: It is honestly permission to enjoy your money. [SPEAKER_00]: It gives your money direction before you even touch it.
[SPEAKER_00]: I use as your base budget format. [SPEAKER_00]: Every dollar gets assigned. [SPEAKER_00]: Every expense is intentional. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't win it. [SPEAKER_00]: And what I've learned is financial winners, wealthy individuals, not rich people, wealthy individuals, they have a game plan for their money. [SPEAKER_00]: You can go to anthonyl.com for us at store. [SPEAKER_00]: You can download our budgeting tool there, our wealth tracker.
[SPEAKER_00]: We'll put that inside of today's show notes as well. [SPEAKER_00]: There's so many products and resources, y'all. [SPEAKER_00]: I can keep saying this for days and after every single point, but a lot of content and a lot of tools and resources are at anthonyl.com. [SPEAKER_00]: You can go there and you have access to all this stuff that we're mentioning inside of today's show. [SPEAKER_00]: All right, move number seven. [SPEAKER_00]: Keep it real with your friends, aka your circle.
[SPEAKER_00]: There's no shame in saying, hey, I can't afford this right now. [SPEAKER_00]: What's worse? [SPEAKER_00]: Flexing like you're good, trying to keep up, and still being broke a year from now, or telling your friends you're on building. [SPEAKER_00]: I've got some financial goals that I need to meet. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm tired of struggling. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm tired of living page of the page eight. [SPEAKER_00]: Hey, it'd be real to you.
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm tired of looking like I got it all together. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm ready to have it all together. [SPEAKER_00]: So I'm gonna have to catch up with you a little bit later. [SPEAKER_00]: because your real friends, they will totally understand. [SPEAKER_00]: And the rest, man, let them talk about you.
[SPEAKER_00]: Let them call you broke, let them call you cheat, let them call you whatever they're gonna call you, man, because I guarantee you half of those friends are broken cheap and they need to be doing the same thing that you're doing. [SPEAKER_00]: You'll be too busy living your best life financially free while they're still struggling and looking good.
[SPEAKER_00]: Trust me, I had friends who had the Mercedes who had the BMWs when I was growing up when I was on my journey of fixing my life. [SPEAKER_00]: I had friends who were no longer my friends today because I just told them I was like, yo bro, I'm tired. [SPEAKER_00]: And I'm tired. [SPEAKER_00]: I am sick and tired of being sick and tired of my own gag on life. [SPEAKER_00]: And if I want to change that, I gotta make some decisions. [SPEAKER_00]: To this day they do not talk to me.
[SPEAKER_00]: But to this day, I know I have a, I don't wanna say a better light, because I'm not, I'm not a better individual, but I think I have more freedom. [SPEAKER_00]: Moving number eight. [SPEAKER_00]: Celebrate every single win. [SPEAKER_00]: All right. [SPEAKER_00]: Some of you have who watched my show, I'm gonna say either the most recent show or some of the most recent shows. [SPEAKER_00]: I talked to you how to save ten thousand dollars and fifty two weeks.
