[SPEAKER_00]: You have that particular count and in boom, you're checking the count. [SPEAKER_00]: You have it automatically transferred into your savings account. [SPEAKER_00]: Here's why I like sofa.
[SPEAKER_00]: It's because with my higher savings, what would one of them because I have a sofa account, but what one of them where a bulk of my money is at right now, I don't have access to a checking account. [SPEAKER_00]: So this means that I got a wire my money from that account to this account. [SPEAKER_00]: If I ever had an emergency, that could take twenty-four hours.
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, with so far, you can transfer the money from your audio, save the account, into the checking account, and because you have a checking account, so far is going to send you a visa debit card, and you can use that like a credit card, like credit because of the visa logo. [SPEAKER_00]: So so far is a beautiful option because it's going to come with a checking account. [SPEAKER_00]: All right.

[SPEAKER_00]: One of the things that I did is when I hired my coach, then I hired him because of the strategy. [SPEAKER_00]: I saw him and said, bro, I like your body. [SPEAKER_00]: Just being real. [SPEAKER_00]: You know, I like your body. [SPEAKER_00]: And I want to body like that from my wife, for me, I want to be healthy.
[SPEAKER_00]: What's this strategy that you teach that can help me get there? [SPEAKER_00]: You see, when it comes to the strategy, saving is powerful, but saving without a plan is just organized panic. [SPEAKER_00]: You need a clear strategy and that's where my earned method comes in. [SPEAKER_00]: I want to break this down. [SPEAKER_00]: This should be up in the screen somewhere where my team's going to put it.
[SPEAKER_00]: But the earned strategy is something that I look at at least twice a year for myself. [SPEAKER_00]: Number one, the E stands for evaluate where you currently are financially. [SPEAKER_00]: You see, you can't fix what you don't measure. [SPEAKER_00]: That's the truth. [SPEAKER_00]: I need you to take an honest look at your income. [SPEAKER_00]: I honest look at your expenses. [SPEAKER_00]: And here's the next thing I honest look at your financial habits.
[SPEAKER_00]: This means that you're going to have to pull your last three months to your bank statements. [SPEAKER_00]: And you need to identify grab your highlighter. [SPEAKER_00]: And highlight where is your money going? [SPEAKER_00]: You should have like almost six different highlighters, one for food, one for utilities, one for mortgage and rent, one for daycare expenses, one for children expenses, if you have children. [SPEAKER_00]: You should have a hotlighter for different categories.
[SPEAKER_00]: And by the time you do that, I need you to go and look at which highlighter, which color do you see the most. [SPEAKER_00]: And then go and look at that and identify, okay, wait, where, how can I cut this? [SPEAKER_00]: Where is my money really going? [SPEAKER_00]: See, I know for a fact, throughout the year, where I splurge it. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm not saying we can't splurge.
[SPEAKER_00]: What I'm saying is, are you aware of where you're spurging at and do you have it under control? [SPEAKER_00]: I'm not saying don't have any subscription plans, but are you aware of how many subscription plans you have? [SPEAKER_00]: and do you have it on the control? [SPEAKER_00]: I'm not saying don't go out to eat and don't go out on dates, but what I'm saying is, are you aware of how much your money you're spending when you go out to eat?
[SPEAKER_00]: Are you aware brothers of how much money you're spending when it comes to dating? [SPEAKER_00]: Ladies, I'm not saying don't go on fast and open and don't buy nice things because as men, we want you to feel beautiful. [SPEAKER_00]: We want you to feel sexy, but are you aware of how much money you're spending when it comes to your clothes, hair, makeup, et cetera? [SPEAKER_00]: And do you have a control on it?
[SPEAKER_00]: You see, when we can have a control on it, it aligns and it helps us out with the A part of my arm method, arrange your vision and your goals. [SPEAKER_00]: Take it one step at a time and you keep going. [SPEAKER_00]: Do you need to break a shopping edition? [SPEAKER_00]: Do you need to get serious about budgeting? [SPEAKER_00]: What do you need to do to stick to your plan to stick to your vision?

[SPEAKER_00]: Here's my sixty day vision. [SPEAKER_00]: Here's my twelve month vision. [SPEAKER_00]: By this time next year, where do you want to be financially? [SPEAKER_00]: Now once we watch this, evaluate where we are, we arrange the vision, now we just got a rendered strategy.
[SPEAKER_00]: You see a drain without a plan that's just a wish list. [SPEAKER_00]: I need you to identify your needs versus your ones. [SPEAKER_00]: Cutout was draining your wallet. [SPEAKER_00]: Cutout was distracting you from building wealth, from getting out of debt.
