In this episode Amanda chats to the USRowing Athlete Council leadership team; Chair Sara Hendershot, Vice-Chair Dariush Aghai and Secretary Grace Latz. The Athlete Council act as a liaison between national team athletes and the board and staff of USRowing. They address confidential athlete issues and provide athlete feedback to the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee.
