Amanda Kraus speaks with Tom Terhaar, Ellen Minzner, Tim McLaren and Mike Teti, as they prepare their athletes for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games.


  • Tom Tehaar is the Women's Head Coach and masterminded an 11 year winning streak for the US women's eight that saw them take three consecutive Olympic gold medals.


  • Ellen Minzner is the Para High Performance Director and has over 35 years of rowing experience as a two-time World Champion athlete, coach, and program director.


  • Tim McLaren is the Men's Coach and an Olympic silver medallist who was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia for his services to rowing as a coach of Australian crews at the 1992 and 1996 Olympic Games.


  • Mike Teti is the Men's Head Coach and is a three-time Olympian and the first person to be inducted into the U.S. National Rowing Hall of Fame as both an athlete and a coach.
