We sat down with 17-year-old South African Olympian and recent UVA commit for the class of 2022, Aimee Canny. Canny talks us through what it's like qualifying for her first Olympics at just 17 as well as doing so without having ever trained in a long course pool. She also discusses what made her want to pursue the NCAA, her current studies in the United Kingdom, and her first international meet experience at the 2019 World Jr Championships.
