Episode description
Aloha y'all! In this episode of The Sustainable Angler I interview author and angler Dylan Tomine. We discuss everything from what a good day of steelheading looks like; to environmental threats to steelhead, such as climate change and hatcheries, which brings up a topic I've never thought about, which is how is South Carolina's redfish hatcheries impacting our own fishery; to his newly release book, Headwaters: The Adventures, Obsession, and Evolution of a Fly Fisherman. I've had the opportunity to read Headwaters, and it is an excellent read for anglers, no matter where you are on your angling evolution.
