Former NHL enforcer Troy Crowder joins us this week. Crowder was one of the toughest guys of his era, even getting the better of Bob Probert. He tells a hilarious story about missing a bunch of time due to injury and what Probie said to him in their first fight in his return. Troy talks about his time playing with Russ. They get into stories about some of his crazy coaches over the years, many hidden talents including boxing, golf and entrepreneurship. He also gives us his take on the game today and even some conversation about mental health.
