Lauren Steadman - Born without her lower right arm, three-time World Champion and seven-time European Champion, Lauren has made history proudly representing Team GB in paratriathlon - the culmination of a 16-year dream. She has also competed in SAS: Who Dares Wins and Strictly Come Dancing. Here Lauren will focus on the unbeatable power of determination.

Lola Anderson - Surbiton Old Girl, Lola is now a full time Team GB Rowing athlete: Women’s Single Sculls champion at Henley Royal Regatta; Senior European Champion. Lola will detail goal-setting, and preparing the mind to visualise and execute success.
