Episode description

First-Class cadet and rising senior at Air Force Academy, Sophia Chiaramonte, shares her experience through her first three years in Colorado Springs.  She talks about her high school academics and if not for track and field, she wouldn't have been admitted into USAFA.  Sophia discusses her struggles and challenges during her first few years, including the honor code, mental health and thoughts of suicide.  This is an episode you don't want to miss as this Mater Dei '19 alum talks about what it's like to attend a United States military academy and what she likes and dislikes.  She is the first guest from a military academy and she doesn't disappoint and absolutely "crushes" this episode.
