This week's podcast is a continuation of 668 and the NLP model of communication.

I talk about how we distort the information we receive and how to solve the issues when we create faulty distortions.

Not all distortions are bad either, and I talk about one healthy one I utilize that helps me in my life.

The map is not the territory, meaning what happens outside of our mind is not the way we process it. And so the programs we have created within ourselves need to be maintained and checked from time to time by asking is this conclusion helping or hindering me?
