Strong Within Weekly Affirmation: I Keep Going

“Art is longing. You never arrive, but you keep going in the hope that you will.” ~Anselm Kiefer

The thing I love about this affirmation is that you can add so many different types of empowering words you want after “I Keep”…I keep planning when things feel uncertain, I keep communicating when things feel chaotic, I keep being weird because my uniqueness is awesome, I keep loving when I hurt, I keep healing when I feel broken, I keep hurdling my obstacles because there is more going on than I am currently seeing at the moment.

And for me the thought of those 3 words, I Keep Going, is the sentiment of what life is. Life keeps going. When you get fired, the business keeps going; when you break up with someone, the other person keeps living; when one opportunity has passed, another one will come...
