Today to the podcast we welcomed Brian Minor - coach, founder of MyoJournal, USAPL powerlifter & pro natural bodybuilder.

If you have read any of Brian's work on progressive overload & other principles of strength training, you would know he is a deep thinker & has an excellent way to conceptualise complex topics.

In this episode, we discussed what traits are important to focus on at different times across our training career.

We hashed out where our focus should be in our early days, how to keep training interesting once the PBs start to slow & considerations for when training is not the centre our universe.

And lots more in between.
