Enhance your meditation time with crystals

Meditation is the practice of intentionally spending time with our minds.

We take time out of our busy days to sit, breathe, and try to remain focused on our breath.

Doing this helps us become more aware of our thoughts, act more compassionately toward ourselves and others, and connect with the present moment.

Here’s a list of 5 Crystals that will enhance your meditation time.

Black Tourmaline

It provides a cloak of protection and is very much about keeping those negative vibes at bay.

Black Tourmaline is also a hugely grounding stone so it can make sure that you stay tethered during your meditation.

When to use it: When you need to shift from the negative into the positive, sit down with Black Tourmaline and let it cleanse your energy.

Labradorite

Is full of high vibrations and ever-ready to protect you from the fallout of negative thinking. This stone is a mesmerising meditation tool as it resonates with the highest soul star chakra and helps you to recognize your destiny.

When to use it: When you need clarity and insight, rest it on your third eye during meditation.

Lapis Lazuli

A crystal that oozes hope, strength, and sacred knowledge, Lapis Lazuli has long been linked to ancient wisdom and connecting with the spirit realm.

Even if you don’t want to leap to other levels, this stone is a solid force at helping you to shine a light inside and chase away the shadows

When to use it: Lapis is a stone of inner truth and is a great stone for placing on your third eye as you sink into a deeper meditation.

Aquamarine

A stone of crystal clear communication, Aquamarine helps to release all shades of anger and stress.

This precious stone helps you to move with the flow and let go of negative emotions.

When to use it: Use this stone in a visual meditation for washing away toxic thoughts. Place the stone on your throat chakra to clear out any communication blocks.

Lepidolite

The stone of transition and peace, Lepidolite is a soul stabiliser that helps you move out of hesitancy and into connection.

Lepidolite is awesome at easing anxiety and stress and can effectively clear out blockages from the heart, the third eye, and the crown chakra.

When to use it: when you’re needing some inner peace, hold Lepidolite in your left hand (the receiving hand) as you meditate.
