Marcis Dzelzainis is a Pioneering bartender. He’s been a bartender for 15 years. working in London venues such as the Zetter Townhouse, Sager + Wild and 69 Colebrook Row. He is also the co-founder of Idyll Drinks a soda drinks company dedicated to key concepts such as rewilding, regenerative farming and sustainable foraging
Thomas Soden is a hospitality and beverage industry veteran. He is the co-founder and CEO Ace+Freak, a natural canned drinks company that’s the most globally awarded canned cocktail with over 9 taste medals and counting, including 'Best in Class' RTD cocktail.
