Percy is a "Boxcar Boy" from the east end of the Confederation of States, a do-gooder mercenary dedicated to a life of taking from the rich and giving to the poor. As he makes his way into Barthon's Pointe, MO, he's faced with two potential jobs. Will he take the easy pickins, the hard pickins...or both?
