Dmitry Elovsky is Chief Editor for the You Tube channel Khordorkovsky.Live. Before the war he was Deputy Editor-in-Chief for TV Rain in Moscow. He moved to Lithuania when the war began and independent media outlets, including TV Rain, were closed down.
