From its earliest roots to more contemporary forms of art - the horror genre has been planted firmly within the queer culture, creating icons such as Frank-N-Furter to starting a movement in the film community to include more queer stories in the mainstream cinema. To celebrate Pride Month, we're discussing our experiences with the queer elements in horror and sharing our personal stories of sexism, homophobia and a shocking revelation that left us screaming in our seats!
