In this episode, Scott talks about how openly everyone shared their COVID experiences. And, yet, when it comes to mental health issues, we are reluctant to share. We MUST do better about this. We have GOT to do better about having uncomfortable conversations. We can not help any issue that we can not openly discuss. So, in this new year, let this be your new permission to have healing conversations.
