Episode description
The goal of this meditation is to allow you to a self that is beyond the constructed self or the ego. This observing self allows you to view yourself and your experiences from a distance and at the same time connect to something that is deeper than the experiences themselves. By connecting to this observing self on a regular basis, you may learn to gain some distance to domains in life with which you have become over-identified (e.g. certain roles).
