A new Israeli offensive is underway in the skies Gaza. CNN captured footage of flares raining down over the night sky in Gaza. There appears to be a smokescreen that is covering up the ground, suggesting the possible movement of troops in that area. This as the Israeli military says it has completely surrounded Gaza City tonight. Plus, the House passed an Israel aid bill for $14.3 billion, setting up a Senate showdown. Rep. Jared Moskowitz of the Oversight Committee joins.
