Prosecutors: Sen. Menendez used his position to influence arms sales

A third Democratic Senator calls for the resignation of Sen. Bob Menendez (D-N.J.) who remains defiant, refusing to resign after an indictment alleges bribery. Plus, former President Trump threatens the highest-ranking military officer in the nation, who also happens to potentially be a witness in the special counsel’s case against him. Also, the RNC has announced the second GOP debate lineup which does not include Asa Hutchinson.
