Judge: Trump’s Georgia trial can be televised

Donald Trump is pleading not guilty for the fourth time this year as Georgia’s Republican governor rejects demands from his own party to punish the prosecution in that case, blaming it all as political theater. Plus, two former leaders of the Proud Boys were just given some of the longest sentences yet over the Capitol attack. Also, Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas is making an admission about a glaring omission. But, some say it’s too little, too late.
