96. The Journey

In this week's episode we chat about spiritual journeys and how these look different for each one of us. We each talk about our individual ups, downs and plateaus. This is part of our journey and we need to have patience, whether it be spiritual, health, career or anything else. Things happen with time and with a compound effect. It’s our responsibility to give ourselves tough love and to reach our goals, while enjoying and soaking in the journey.
