The Somatic Enneagram Podcast with Marion Gilbert launches on July 26, 2024. As a sneak peek, we wanted to give a sample of what you will hear on the podcast. In this trailer, learn about the podcast and then hear Aaron, Caryn and Marion discuss what it is like for each of the three centers (head, heart, belly) to operate inside of their patterns. While the Enneagram teaches the nine types, all of have access to all of our centers. The work of the Somatic Enneagram opens us to primary, secondary and repressed center to enable more balance in our life.
