A couple of soccer LEGENDS right here on Soccer Mom Sunday! Jen Siess and STL USWNT Ruth Harker teamed up for a visit with Ruth’s ’85-er teammate, Linda Gancitano. Being the first girl to play on her boys’ high school soccer team in the early 1980’s, Linda knows ALL about GRIT - that, and her love of the game, carried her all the way though NCAA D1 play at the University of Central Florida with defensive MVP honors in the successful program (YET to be recognized by their Hall of Fame). Then, it was onto the USWNT where she, Ruth, and team would tear down barriers while playing The Beautiful Game. Listen in for their great stories and debates.
