New loan product from Smart Debt Services

It's easy for consumers to pay off debt when they're financially healthy, there are so many options that are out there for them. The question we kept coming back to is how do we help people that are experiencing financial stress. People who have proven in the past their ability and willingness to pay but at this moment they can no longer keep up with the level of payments because of some type of financial shock.
