In today's episode, I want to talk a little bit about self-development. Growing up in rural northern England, "self-help" wasn't part of the vernacular. Working on myself and asking myself tough questions didn't happen until much later in life. After a bit of careful thought, I've decided to challenge myself, and commit to a few goals over the coming months and I'm challenging you all to do the same.
