Adam Niec was tearing up the credit card processing industry as a sales pro when he noticed a consistent pattern in the complaints his customers were making. Adam vowed to do things better and co-founded the processing company Certain Pay with the promise of transparency and stable rates and fees. Adam is also the founder of Rate Tracker and helps businesses track and monitor all of their Merchant Fees leading to a stronger relationship and higher standards of accountability for Business Owners in their Merchant Accounts. We had a great time digging into his story and talking about his journey so far.
