In this episode I discuss briefly The Ski System origin, mission statement, and member feedback. 2021 was an epic year. Since our September launch, The Ski System has grown month over month in followers, subscribers, and blog post readers. I look forward to providing more insights into the world of strength training and its application to skiing through all of 2022 and beyond.
