Speaker 1

Hey there, friends. Before we dive into today's episode, I need to let you in on something a little different that you're about to hear. Part two of an incredible conversation that we had not on our show, but as guests on An Unimaginable Life, a show with Gary Tumblebodley

and Christy Levy. If you've been following the Skeptic of Physicians, then you already know that we're all about expanding consciousness, exploring spiritual growth, and sometimes laughing our way through existential breakdowns. Well this one, this conversation hit us hard in the very best way possible. In this episode, Gary did and Christy walk us through a process that's so powerful it left us shook, like actual Mike drop brain rewired kind

of shook. And we're talking about tools that helped us uncover limiting beliefs that we didn't even know we had and how to transmute them on the spot. Plus we learned how this one seemingly simple tool could literally rewire your relationship with fear, inspiration, and joy. But here's the big news. At the end of the episode, we're announcing something huge. We're officially partnering with Gary and Christy to launch a life changing new program, and we're inviting you

to go through it with us. That's right, This isn't just something we're promoting. We're actually doing the program alongside you. So stay tuned all the way to the end to hear how you can join us in this powerful journey, because trust us, this is one you don't want to miss. I am so excited for this. This might be the finally the breakthrough that I've been looking for. All right, enough teasing, let's dive into the episode.

Speaker 2

Welcome Back.

Speaker 1

We took a hiatus.

Speaker 2

Are you guys working the same clothes?

Speaker 1

Absolutely not neither. He scared me. He said, aren't you wearing the same thing? Said no, he said, we all are I swill the same thing?

Speaker 3

Are we supposed to wear the same clothes?

Speaker 1

And He's like, I don't remember what I was wearing.

Speaker 2

I don't either.

Speaker 1

Still, you're ready to ask Gary, can we bring clothes? You know that we're not because I've had a little bit of a growth on my face from the last time. That goes really fast in a minute.

Speaker 2

Great, All right, let's start with the cliffhanger from last episode.

Speaker 1

I've lost sleep since that day that is not fair to have waited this long to make it cliffhanger. It would have done that to me, I would have been a wren.

Speaker 2

Well, it's something that you can do fifteen minutes every day, and if you do this one thing, I'll do more to change your perception of reality or your perspective than anything else you can do. We have a tool that was given to us. It was channeled called the manifestation Event form, and this form takes you through an event that just happened, called a manifestation event that caused you to feel some emotion. It could be either positive emotion or negative emotion. You can use it in either way.

The idea is that this is a feeling reality. All we're ever doing is feeling something.

Speaker 1

Think about that for a second. When you think about it, you okay.

Speaker 2

When an event outside of you occurs and you have a reaction to it, either positive or negative, that event is occurring just to show you a belief. If the belief is empowering, then you can use this to increase the intensity of that belief to make it even more empowering. If a belief is limiting, if you feel negative emotion,

then you can use this to soften that belief. We all have a mental construct, it's our view of reality, and that mental construct is a combination of all our empowering beliefs and all limiting beliefs, and the intensity of those beliefs that forms our perspective of ourselves in our reality, and that's translated into a vibration. We then admit that a vibration, and all the universe is doing is creating a reality that is a mirror to that vibration so

that we can see what we're vibrating. So if something happens to cause you negative emotion, it's only because that's vibrating in you now, and the universe is just showing that to you. So you can feel the negative emotion and realize that the people involved and the circumstances occurred as a result of this limiting belief, this vibration of a limiting belief going on within me. If I can soften that limiting belief and soften that vibration, then I

will experience more of what I truly want. Actually, we're expanding our belief system and seeing ourselves from higher perspectives so that when something happens, we are less triggered by it. Most of us live this roller coaster life. Something happens and we feel bad, something happens and we feel excited. We go up and down every single day of our lives without understanding it's all being generated from within. So this work that we've been doing for six years softens

all of that. You become more present, more clear, You understand what's happening, and your focus is not tuned on what's happening outside of you, but it's tuned to what's going on inside. And that's when you receive inspiration, intuition. And within a short while, a large percentage of people who do this form we do it in one of our courses called the boot Camp. A lot of people who do this form their players come online. They started

having these abilities. This is what happened to Christy in the course you can do It fifty six days in a row. She did the course eight times. So she did this over four hundred times, probably over six hundred times in her life. Now are and by that time time all of our abilities came online like full strength overnight.

Speaker 1

Fully realized, Yeah, can I pick which power I get?

Speaker 2

That the power that you get is the one you wouldn't want I would not want to be a channel. If I could have picked this stuff, I'd want to read minds or do something fun predict the future.

Speaker 4

I don't want to talk to dead people. I would never have wanted to talk to dead people.

Speaker 2

Yeah.

Speaker 1

No, that's a fair point.

Speaker 4

So the manifestation met form, first of all, is just one of many forms we have. Then we use them in our courses to help all of us change that mental construct, open up our belief structure so that we are less triggered and our vibration goes up. It's like dump and sand out of a hot air balloon. Every time you soften a limiting belief, you go up a

little bit or and work on an empowering belief. But something that you were saying at the end of the podcast, you guys were talking about and Will specifically, I asked why you wanted this to be successful, what that meant to you, and it was we only have four years to get this going, and in four years we want to be digital nomads living in Italy and we want to It's important to me. I need to be able

to do what I love and support my family. Where I was going with that to help you understand the value in this manifestation of it form is what Gary opened with, which is this reality is a feeling reality.

Speaker 1

The only thing you're ever doing is feeling something.

Speaker 4

I'm going to start a little softly because my example takes people back really hard because when it hit me, I was where you are and learning this stuff, and I started to realize the only reason I want something, it's because I think I'm going to feel good when I get there. I want something because there's a feeling I lack. So if you were to be digital nomads living in Italy, new reality TV is successful, what are the feelings that you are after that? You think you

would feel that you don't feel now freedom. So if I were to tell you that, of course you attract with your thought, with your focus. I think you guys are very much there with all the work you've been doing. But it's deeper than that, and it is your feeling essentially that will let you know what your point of attraction is. There is no way to become abundant when you feel lackful. There's no way to feel love when you feel alone or lonely. When you have that going on,

you will not attract that next thing. So if you feel like you are not free, if you feel bound, if you feel tied to.

Speaker 1

What's a better word for that, imprisoned to an extent.

Speaker 4

I don't think they feel that way, right, But if you feel this, you've got a child and a home and you know these responsibilities.

Speaker 1

So you are not free.

Speaker 4

And if you see yourself in four years, if I can just make this happen, I will suddenly feel free. But what we have learned, what I believe and have over and over again, it's been shown to me doesn't work like that. You could get all of that, but you will feel more imprisoned than you do now. If you look back at your life, you think of the things that you when it wanted so much, and because you think it's going to give you a feeling, nothing outside of us can give us any feeling. We can

for a moment think it does, but it doesn't. The feeling is inside because it's communication letting it know how we're looking at something. Getting that car feels great for a little while, but it doesn't change that feeling. And you believe you're missing reaching outside to be in that life because now I will feel free can't make you feel free. You will continue to feel how you feel no matter what's going on around you. But we still all seek conditions to change to make us feel something.

With Gary's channeling and his books and the things that we've learned, is not from outside. The outside conditions can make you feel nothing. It comes from inside and your perspective.

Speaker 2

That's the great illusion. Out theay conditions make us feel something, but we're feeling something, and the outset conditions reflect that feeling. We'll take conditions reflect that belief.

Speaker 4

You think that made you happy. She makes me happy, He makes me happy. This house will make me happy. Having this paint down will make me happy. You can use it as an excuse to feel good for a bit, a very short time, and then it's always next, next, next. You are trying to create feeling inside of yourself by controlling outside conditions. This is not an outside in universe. You are not an outside in being. You are inside out.

It has to change inside, including how you feel. How do we change your perspective on your current circumstances working nine hundred hours a day, raising a child, relationship that's wonderful and fun, but you're doing it together so there's a lot of stress in that, having to be everywhere all of the time, and really wanting to make something happen over here so that you don't have to do this anymore. R How do we take those conditions and change how you see them? You feel happy and free

no matter what happens. So if you are homeless and alone, but you feel amazing and you are happy and you are free, what do you care when you realize the only thing you want is to feel something. You want to feel free, you want to feel abundant, you want to feel joy, You want to feel all of those things, and I don't right now, and I'm afraid if that happens,

I'll feel bad. What Gary and I are going to give you is a tool to help you understand that when you do feel bad, you know exactly what to do. You will feel better, that will soften, and now you don't have to be afraid of anything that comes your way because you know what to do when it does.

Speaker 1

Does that make sense to you, guys? It makes perfect sense to me. It does.

Speaker 3

But here's my thought, and just so you focus on changing how you feel about it. Now, are you saying that the universe will supply you with what you need when you do that, or you're just happy with what you have, because theoretically, if someone just focuses on being happy with what they have and they end up homeless.

Speaker 1

Like we have a daughter, you know we need to take care of her and provide her a home. I could be happy living in a tent. I was the backpacker back in the day. But you know I got to take care of her too. Yeah. Right, this is like one oh one, do you want to speak to that or do you want me to?

Speaker 2

So imagine that you could feel free and abundant and satisfied and enjoy and curiosity, and your powers of focus and clarity would be really strong, intuition inspiration, we'd be strong, and the fear that you've been feeling your whole life is gone. If you could do that in the conditions that you have now, what would life be like.

Speaker 1

Great?

Speaker 2

So that's the proof right there that if you could feel all those things that you seeking to feel in four years, if you can do it right now, then the conditions wouldn't matter. That is the mind flip, a way of looking at things that takes practice. We're all brought up from the time. We're born with the opposite perspective that outside conditions are creating how I feel. To shift that focus from outside to inside, it takes a while, it's different for everyone, but once you get there, you

realize that you have everything you've always wanted. And of course those conditions have to shift, because now how you feel shifts. Right, All the efforts struggle to change conditions, work hard, pay the bills, paint the house, buy a new house. Never it makes you feel anything. No one's ever satisfied. We have million of the stories of people who get these amazing things, are never satisfied right, always want more and more and more. Why because they can't

do anything. But if you switch high, you feel if this was possible, then now you're generating a vibration that suddenly not only do you not get upset at anything, you have no fear of doing anything, but you're so much an appreciation awe of what's happening. And then what starts to happen is unimaginable. Now you can't plan for what's going to happen, right, because it's unimaginable from where you are now.

Speaker 4

In fact, you might not want it from where you are now. That's the interesting thing.

Speaker 2

Like I would not have wanted to be who I am now when I started this twelve years ago. From my perspective back then, this guy is so weird, right, and he's doing these weird things, and that was so uncomfortable for me back then. But of course you do small changes every day over twelve years you find this place. Now. I look back at who I was twelve years ago and I can't even recognize that person was so limited

compared to the life I'm living now. The life I'm living now is so full and exciting and interesting and so much is happening that this guy twelve years ago was blind to and had no idea that existed or was even possible. It was a normalst life and it was a great life. But compared to this one, it was just so limiting and so much fear. It didn't feel good. Either doesn't.

Speaker 1

And you know.

Speaker 4

In a side note, Karen, you and I will talk about especially as you do these forms is I'd like to stay in touch with you.

Speaker 1

Guys.

Speaker 4

I really enjoy coaching. These forms are not easy. That's why we said you devote time to it. You devote fifteen minutes a day. They bring up things. It can be tough sometimes, So as I stay in touch with you guys, we'll talk about why it is important to you for your daughter to be happy. It has nothing to do with her. What it has to do with is if she's not, you'll feel bad if she is not on this planet anymore. It's not about her. It's about your fear that you will never be happy again.

When I got that realization a few years ago, it dropped me because I thought I can't be that selfish, and I realized, wait, that is it. Everything is about how I think I might feel, how I believe I will feel if that happens, and if I got to control my conditions. I'm in fear all the time. But what we're going to show you is and to help you no matter what comes. It doesn't matter what it is you feel that pain, fears, sadness, overwhelming, whatever it is.

You sit down with this thing and you work your way through it, and all of a sudden it lifts and you realize it doesn't matter what happens.

Speaker 1

I know what to do.

Speaker 4

What matters to me is this feeling of joy, freedom and connection and power, knowing who I am. When you have that, it doesn't matter what's going on around you, and that's what you want.

Speaker 2

That's what you want for your daughter too. This is the work that will change her life by you being an example seeing it.

Speaker 1

So I dig this a lot, and I'm really excited to dive into the form one question that comes to mind, and this might extend the podcast into a long one, So this may I make the final cut. In this movement, whatever you want to call it, new Age, whatever it is that's going on right now, a new faction is emerging that is vehemently fighting against what they call spiritual bypassing, where the think rainbows and unicorns all the time and good things will come right. We're trying to think positive

at all times. Some people are saying that to do that is putting your head in the sand. And it feels like what you're talking about is a form of everything is rosy, doesn't matter what's happening, Everything's going to be perfectly fine. So how does that? Christie's shaking her head vehemently.

Speaker 4

No, okay, so correct me just thinking positively, everything's fine. But this is putting a happy face stick or over an empty gas take. You're not getting very far like that. I got stuck in that as well. I love being around.

Speaker 1

People like that.

Speaker 4

It's when you don't feel it in here and you are still operating from here to try to control your conditions. No, it's okay, it's fine, we'll just do this, everything will be okay. Right, that's what you're doing. You're not accepting what's coming and saying, ooh okay, that hurts. Damn, I'm flipping out. I'm in total despair right now. I just lost everything I've thought I ever wanted. This is falling apart.

That's real and authentic. To deny that you feel that way is silly, right, But to understand what that's pointing out. All that's happening is that the universe is reflecting to you a self imposed limiting belief. It's pointing it out so that you can look at it. Soften that belief. You're going to automatically feel better. It's going to soften it, and this kind of experience becomes fewer and farther between because.

Speaker 1

You don't need it anymore.

Speaker 4

You never get rid of our limiting beliefs, because once you attract something, you always have it.

Speaker 1

But you can.

Speaker 4

Soften them to the point that their intensity is so mild that there's nothing that really triggers it anymore. And that's what we're doing here. So it is an anti positive thinking.

Speaker 1

It's just.

Speaker 4

You're ignoring that you have these self imposed limitations and still scurrying around trying to control all of your outside conditions. How Karen sees you, how will see you, how your daughter sees you, what the world thinks of you, what happens out here, you know, how quick you can get somewhere, which you look like. That's all of that stuff you're trying to control and you can't.

Speaker 1

So this is more like positive living than positive thinking. And that's the difference. It's not putting your head in the sands, actually changing behaviors in thought patterns, versus sticking lipstick on a pig and saying it's beautiful.

Speaker 4

It's going in and understanding because you don't know. You could not sit down and write for me all of your limiting beliefs and all of your empowering beliefs. You could come up with some, but you don't know. So we use these events and the universe uses them to point them out when it's time. Okay, now you can catch them at the thought level, and we'll go through this form. You can have a manifestation emit the thought. But that's all this happening, so you just don't ignore it. Go ahead, Gary.

Speaker 2

A limiting belief is limiting because it limits you from acting on inspiration. You get into a space, you receive the inspiration, and then all this fear pops up. The fear is driven by these beliefs that you're not aware of. Once you soften those beliefs, then the fear is not as intense and you're more likely to act on inspiration. This is called the flow state. If you ain't get in that flow state and push past the fear, the fear is going to come no matter what. By doing

this work, you lower the intensity of that fear. If you're able to push past the fear and take the inspired action, then that belief is no longer limiting you. It's there, but it doesn't limit you anymore. For instance, let's imagine that you had the inspiration to join us at a retreat in Orlando August fourteenth to the nineteenth. It's thirteen hundred dollars and you'll be there with a bunch of like minded people, twenty five people in this

mansion we rented in Orlando. You're actually asking me, imagine, why couldn't you come?

Speaker 1

Why couldn't we come Because we're coming back from Alaska on the thirteenth.

Speaker 3

Seeing I start school on the eighteenth.

Speaker 1

Right, okay, and money, and it's actually back to freedom because my work won't allow me take that much time because work a two weeks, go to Alaska and now it'll be another week to be you know, Landu.

Speaker 2

Right, what if that was inspiration that came to you and all these thoughts, now, okay't do that. Where I don't want to do that. What you're thinking is that if I did it, I'm going to feel negative emotion, so I want to protect myself from negative emotion. I'll feel bad that I spent the money, or that we put our daughter in school a couple of days later, or we had to show up late because we're getting back from Alaska, or it was irresponsible because I had

work to do. Those are these fears. They don't feel like the same kind of fear we're used to. But all of that is just fear. You may not even re see that inspiration because your belief system knocks it out of the way. But even if you were cognitive of it, you probably wouldn't tell Caaren about it because she would say, what are you nuts? We got all the stuff to do right? Right?

Speaker 1

How well you know us?

Speaker 2

Well? I have this inspiration. Maybe we can just take one step? What's the next thing to do with This work allows you to do that allows you to at least hear it and think of the one thing that you could do. Imagine how less limited your life would be if you could allow yourself just to do the

one step that's in front of you. Anytime you received inspiration and then got good at receiving more inspiration and good at acting and more inspiration than have intuition and psychic abilities, That's what this work does.

Speaker 1

What if you're inspired to go catch the Aurora borealis for six months out of the year, I would lose my job. You see, this not a bad thing.

Speaker 4

There's no wrong in the universe. That everything is right, which is the basis of everything. Gary and I teach that that's not a bad thing.

Speaker 2

Generally, inspiration there's two things, an urge and an inspiration. So the inspiration, there's always some little thing that you can do right now. You don't have to go all the way to six months, right and so maybe the inspiration is just to check out where it's going to be in six months, or how much flights cost to get there, and then you wait for the next inspiration. So you take this patient, calm approach to this one

little tiny thing that you can do. You don't have to book the flights, you don't have to get the hotel, you don't have to take a leave of absent from work, you don't have to pull your din out of school. All you have to do is find out where it's happening, where's the best place to see it. And maybe the inspiration is not actually going for six months. Maybe it's

just to have a conversation. Maybe the next podcast host we bring it up and they happened to have seen it and had done this exact same thing, and then sparks this great conversation that you had. So you never know where the inspiration is going to lead. But we tend to fill out the story in advance, and the idea is just the next moment, one moment to the next moment.

Speaker 1

Well, let's do this forum, or we're going to be on here all day.

Speaker 2

Should we have them think of a meifestation event that happened recently or do you want to make one up? Yeah?

Speaker 4

I think that would get is getting it a little deep if we have them actually do one unless you can think of us. If you guys, can think of one that happened in the last day or so that made you feel some negative emotion, but that isn't insanely personal.

Speaker 1

We might be able to go lightly through this. I can't think of anything that's not insanely personal, Like manifestingos hemorrhoids was really a bad thing. Now, let's go ahead and make one up and see.

Speaker 4

Okay, Gary, make one up. I coach people all the time. I've got a million.

Speaker 2

But it's really good. Want to do the flat tire on the way home and you're supposed to get all these new episodes downloaded into new reality TV?

Speaker 1

That would be a good one. Oa. It just happened like a week ago, did it?

Speaker 2

Yeah?

Speaker 1

Did it?

Speaker 5

So?

Speaker 1

Thank you Christy because my right left tire got flat. That's what life with me is like. Can you just tell me good things from that one?

Speaker 4

The best thing to do with this form, you, guys, is a print of copy out and get notebooks that you just use for this. Keep one blank copy in the pocket of your notebook, and when you go to do these, you just have one spot and you write your format.

Speaker 2

The mafetation occurs anytime you feel negative emotion at some point in the day. Let's put your awareness towards anytime you feel negative or positive emotion. So it works either way, and you want to do an equal balance of both, because what we're doing is reducing the intensity of limiting beliefs and raising the intensity of empowering beliefs to make our mental construct move from mostly limited to more empowering. Think about a manifestation event you had today yesterday. I

described the event below. Describe the event. So we were.

Speaker 1

Going to lunch on a workday. As we were pulling into the parking lot, I felt something strange happened with my tire and I felt Oh. When I got out of the car, I saw that my tire was on the ground.

Speaker 2

Describe the emotion you felt in your reaction to the event.

Speaker 1

I was frustrated, and it wasn't that bad of a reaction because how long it was going to take. That's true. Yeah, so I was frustrated, but I knew we would fix it until we realized that we didn't have a fare or a fix a flat, so we had to call it to blaze.

Speaker 2

Okay, rate the intensity of that emotion one to ten, initially at probably four grape. And then is the emotion positive or negative? It's negative? Now, what were the initial thoughts you received due to the emotions you were so you felt negative emotion? What were the thoughts? And you describe a couple thoughts there?

Speaker 1

Inconvenient? Why is it inconvenient? Because now I've got to get on my car. I got to fix this tire. It's going to take up time on my day to work. I've got to get back to work. I've got too much on my plate to be dealing with this right now.

Speaker 2

What happens if you're late to work.

Speaker 1

I can't get my work done. And if I can't get my work done, then it backs up and I have more work to do the next day. Then I start feeling overwhelmed because I'm never going to get to the end of all this work, and I've got a thousand other things I've got to do. Got it?

Speaker 2

Okay? Now, did you have the urge to change or control the conditions or the people involved. There's nothing much you could do here, but a lot of times, say, for instance, if you were in an argument, you want to make the other person wrong, or you wish they weren't even in the place at that time. The urges are really important to understand because a lot of times we act on the urgers, like you could have thrown a tire, iron or something, you know, that sort of thing, not saying I.

Speaker 1

Didn't, but that's an urge.

Speaker 4

If you had some urge to change your control of the conditions, right the guy there faster, You yell at somebody, Your neighbors are playing their music too loud, and you wake up. You can't go back to sleep. You scream at them some urge to change or control the condition.

Speaker 2

When we act on urges, it takes us away from what we want always. So the best thing you can do is learn that you're going to feel that urge to change things, but you don't have to act, and if you don't act, it's going to go a lot smoother for you. A big part of this is recognizing those urges that happen in negative motion, identify the related desire. Generally, The reason we get upset is because we think that this event causes our desire not to manifest, or its

impedes what we want in some way. There's a desire that you had at that moment that this got in the way of. What do you think that desire might be?

Speaker 1

To get back home quickly so I can give to work?

Speaker 2

Why do you want to get back to work.

Speaker 1

There's got a lot of work I'm going to do, right, So.

Speaker 2

It's this desire not to be overwhelmed, not to have to work late in the night, that sort of thing. Looking at that desire objectively, is that desire based in fear or flow?

Speaker 1

Definitely?

Speaker 2

Exactly. So now you're saying that allow of your desires are based in fear to begin with, and so we call those false desires. Okay, So returning to your mental construct, identify the belief that triggered the emotions you felt. What is the belief? And this is the fun part.

Speaker 1

This is the one that gets tricky, the belief.

Speaker 2

So this flat tire didn't happen on the own. It was orchestrated by the entire universe, by your inner self, by your guides, by your supporters for you to find us one limiting belief. Why did this happen? What? What's the belief that they want to point out to you that's holding you apart from everything you want.

Speaker 1

I'm trying to think like you, guys, no, don't. That's not going to help you. A limiting belief, the reason why that happened.

Speaker 4

I could say, let me give you some ideas and then might help you go in a direction. You might have a belief that I have to work hard to be successful. I have to work hard to pay my bills. You might have a belief that I can't enjoy myself during a work day, like you're trying to go out to lunch right, I can't stop to enjoy myself. I have to keep working. You can have beliefs like that, and they always refer to you.

Speaker 1

I believe the belief was I have too many people counting on me. I have a lot of people counting on me. I'm going to let them down.

Speaker 2

Anyone that comes up is perfect. I have a limited amount of time.

Speaker 1

That's the initial. But then if I go further down the rabbit hole limited amount of time, and if I don't get everything done, then I'm going to drop the ball and all these people shows are going to be going on, all these clients are waiting for information for me. They're not going to get the information they need on a timely basis. I'm going to look bad and it's going to feel like my work ethic is no longer what I believe it is.

Speaker 2

Okay, I believe my work is the reason people love appreciate me. Sure, what if you didn't have that work ethic, I might have a fewer friends. Right. We believe that the only reason people like us is because we do something right, and that that we be something. I don't like you because you have a good work ethic. That's not reason I like you.

Speaker 1

I just get on here and chit chat with you. You're awesome. I have no idea.

Speaker 2

We don't like you because you're good parents. Right, But actually, what we're saying that we're going to joke for you because you guys were two minutes late. How dare you come late to this?

Speaker 1

You're on this belief.

Speaker 4

The first one that comes is fine, people always try to get to know I want the one doesn't matter. So the first thing that hit you was I don't have enough time. I never have enough time. Another one was I have too many people counting on me to pick one of those.

Speaker 1

So let's pick something that feels right to you. A belief about yourself. My sense of self is dependent on not letting people down.

Speaker 2

Yeah, that's real deep though, That's great.

Speaker 1

Okay, Okay, we can step back if you need to.

Speaker 4

If I it's gonna be a way to make it into a sentence. This is what it's always fun with me when I'm working with somebody. So it's make that into a sentence that has I in it. And perhaps even so, if I blank, I will lose everyone's.

Speaker 1

Respect, I will lose love. No one will love me. Well, if I don't do what expected of me in a timely manner, I will lose the respect of those depending on me. Stay with that.

Speaker 2

Now, is that belief limiting or empowering? It could be either one. What do you think an.

Speaker 1

Argument could be made for both. It drives you to be the best you can be by not letting people down, but it also forces you to get a flat tire in the middle of the workday and not get to all the work you gotta do.

Speaker 4

Do you think it could be empowering that you believe the reason people like and respect you is because you perform like a show pony.

Speaker 1

Okay, perfectly mean that's not empowering. Well, let me sure some insight with you. While that was growing up, I was very irresponsible. I went through jobs like water. I was not dependent at all. It wasn't until it became really important to me because I had a family that it dawned on me that I've got to be responsible and deliver what people expect of me in order for my work ethic to be something that people will respect.

That way, I will be liked and promoted and be able to continue to provide for my family in bigger and better ways year after year.

Speaker 2

Totally reasonable belief, completely, but just imagine it might be limiting because it will limit you from going to see a movie in the daytime. When's the last time you saw a movie on a Wednesday in the middle of the day, well before COVID. Just so, it does limit you from certain things, and you'll get good at this and you'll get to see how that.

Speaker 1

Met you from probably quite a bit.

Speaker 2

Okay, this is where the fun starts. Now that we know that it is a limiting belief, all limiting beliefs are false. You can prove examples in your life where this is absolutely so. Christy, go ahead and see if you can help think of some examples.

Speaker 1

I can think of examples from his life.

Speaker 4

What we are proving false is that your work ethic is why people love and respect you. It's why you have the family you have, It's why you have the friends you have, it's why you have. Every single thing in your life is because of your work ethic. Right, It's why everyone likes, loves, and respects you. You do kind of believe that right that if you don't have this work ethic, you are not going to be liked, loved, respected, Yes, okay.

Can you look back at your life and go all the way back to when you were terribly irresponsible?

Speaker 1

When you say I was awful, I was so irresponsible.

Speaker 4

Was there anyone in your life that liked you, loved you, or respected you at that time?

Speaker 1

My mom doesn't matter who it is. She has to she doesn't have to be obligated. Did you have any friends? That's debatable? I think so, but I don't know how close we were. Liked you? Sure? Okay?

Speaker 4

And in your marriage to Karen, have you ever done anything stupid or irresponsible.

Speaker 1

That would be a nope. Yes, no, it's unfortunate. Yes all the time.

Speaker 4

Yes, And does Karen still love you?

Speaker 5

You'd have to ask her from your perspective, Do you feel liked, loved and respected by your wife even though in the years you've been married you have probably done eight million stupid, irresponsible things.

Speaker 1

Yes, but I've always made.

Speaker 2

Up for it.

Speaker 1

That's the only reasons she loves you. Okay, Gary, you want to go.

Speaker 2

How about your daughter? Does she love and respect you?

Speaker 1

I'd like to think so because of your work ethic. No, she couldn't go care, couldn't care. That's in fact, as she wishes I didn't work as much as I do. Right, So anyway, this is the idea here. All you do is write them down. You don't have to believe them. But when you have evidence that contradicts that belief, that belief is automatically softened. It just is softened.

Speaker 2

Right. You weren't even aware of this belief until we started talking about it, and now it's out in the open. You're actually doing the work. This is not spiritual bypassing. This is doing the work, and that belief is different now as a result of this experience and that just.

Speaker 1

Even if you're not aware of it.

Speaker 4

So during this work, if you guys choose to take thirty days and do this for fifteen, each one of you separately, you should do it. I will be there for you to help you through it because you can see where it's easy to get a little stuck and go wait, okay what It just takes a little practice. So your ego as you go through this, because this is a belief, this is something you believe is true. You fully believe it isn't true at all, but you

believe it is, so it's true for you. And as you try to prove it false, your ego is going to do everything. Well, she's my mother, she has to.

Speaker 1

That's not what I asked. I said, did anyone love you?

Speaker 4

Yes, my mother? And is that belief true?

Speaker 1

It is?

Speaker 4

Yeah, but that was because and yeah I probably had some friends, but I don't think we were that close. Like you don't know how close you are with your friends now you think you do, but you don't know. But your ego is trying to get in there and say this belief is true, and I'm going to protect you so that you never stop working hard and you never stop having that work ethic because that's what's kept you alive. And your ego is wonderful. You love your ego.

It's kept you alive, it's doing this for you. But now you're ready to say, perhaps this isn't true. Oh, perhaps this isn't true. It isn't about my work ethic, just because I'm willing to look at this belief and recognize that it's not because of my work ethic that I'm respected, that I'm loved, that I'm liked, and that I have everything that I have in my life.

Speaker 1

Let me just think about that possibility. What if it's not because of that?

Speaker 4

Does that mean that I'm now going to become a lazy slob be late for everything?

Speaker 1

Absolutely not. You are who you are.

Speaker 4

What drives you right now are these limitations and fears. But the inspiration fills in as you soften those beliefs and the power of what you do expands. You are not dragging this limiting belief with you just because you are aware of my.

Speaker 1

Work ethic that people love and respect. It's who I am.

Speaker 4

As you soften the belief that it's your work ethic that gets you everything, a lot of other inspiration and ideas can come in, and like I said before, the power that creates worlds gets things done. You're not suddenly going to be late. My guess is in a short amount of time you will find that you have a lot more time and things get done. That's easier much questioning. Well, you won't know because you don't need to be shown this all the time, so your reality starts to shift in front of you.

Speaker 1

What you said to use this form every time you have an emotional reaction sounds like I need to dive deeper into this because the emotional reaction I'm getting by the thought of what you just said is very strong, like it makes me very scared. I guess I would then use the form to dive deeper into that. You could.

Speaker 4

You could say, Okay, today's event is when Christy said all those words, I started freaking out. Here were the thoughts I was having. Here is the emotion that I felt. You can use the thoughts a lot to help you identify the belief. I was angry because I was going to be like getting back to the house. Then you say why Sometimes that will lead you to what you're limiting beliefizz Because if I don't get back the house, I'm going to let everyone down and we're going to

lose our business. I'm gonna be homeless alone. Right So, just because you had an emotional reaction to this, that's great.

Speaker 1

You had a reaction. So now you.

Speaker 4

Can write about that tonight, about the fear of the negative emotion to whatever it was brought up and said, if you get stuck, you can reach out.

Speaker 1

I'll help you through it.

Speaker 2

It's easier to do the little ones. First, I got yelled at by a car driven by emotional This just happened to me. This guy screamed at me driving by, and I had no idea why. I just instantly felt this surge of rage. I'm going to follow him. It goes real quick, you know. But once I get back to calm, I can entertain the thoughts. What was possibly going on? Did I pull out in front of them? Then I realized, oh, I'm in a Tesla and he's mad at tesla's That was the only reason. It had

nothing to do with me. It was the car I was in. The ones I realized that. I said, okay, well, why was I so upset about someone I didn't know yelling at me for something I didn't know. I did you know? So I had to go and do a mass station of form on that and find that limiting belief.

Speaker 1

Gotcha? Yeah?

Speaker 4

Would we say fifteen minutes a day? Eventually you're going to love doing this so much. And they can bring up a lot of pain, but I loved. I carried the damn thing with me everywhere in my notebook. Every time something happened, I stopped. I don't care where I'm supposed to be. This is my work. This is what's important. When these limitations are softened, I'm unstoppable and I knew that.

Our assignment for you, should you choose to accept it, is that at the end of the day, you take fifteen or so minutes, look back at your day, find something that either made you excited, happy, joyful, or angry, frustrated, anything like that. And if you have trouble and you get stuck, you can reach out to us and we'll.

Speaker 1

Help you through it. So, when you say good or bad, how does this help on the goods? We just went down the bad rabbit hole? How does his work on the good side of things?

Speaker 2

Okay, when do you realize that you're happy or excited something interesting. That emotion is showing you that you have an empowering belief. So, just like the limiting beliefs that are bringing you reflections of those limiting beliefs, those negative those situations, situations also are occurring because you have a vibration of these empowering ideas about yourself going on. So you get ten new subscribers, they go, oh, what a

great day. This was, right, and that ten subscriber is a reflection of a belief inside yourself that what you're doing is relevant and worthwhile. Then you say, okay, what's the belief there. The belief is that this thing is doing some good in the world. And then you ramp up that belief. You prove that it's true. You write five or six examples of other times in your life when that belief generated wonderful things. It brings that belief to the forefront. The reason it's happening is you have

that belief right. As that belief intensifies, more of this stuff happens as well. There's more to be grateful for, more to appreciate. You start moving that mental construct. You see what's always been there, how wonderful everything is, and more stuff keeps coming, more stuff keeps coming. You're in less fear, so you're acting on more offers and inspiration and invitations and ideas, and people start relating to you completely differently. You're just so much more fun to be with,

and you have so much more time. You'll be amazed at how much time you have. Everything you do will be done quickly and effectively when you're in this flow state of doing what you're interested in doing. The reason that you're manually doing all this labor is because you have a perspective of yourself that likes that you're sacrificing time these people's needs so that in your mind you can believe that they think that you're a good guy. If you didn't have to do that, you would have

had someone take care of this other than you. You would have outsourced it or set up automation. But you like it. Because of this belief, you do it. So imagine you didn't have these things going on here, you would act on the inspiration because you've had the inspiration to go on up work and have someone do it. But because you are generating this feeling of being reliable, that the fear goes. Oh what if they screw it up,

then I'm outsourcing my greatest fear to someone else. And this is why people don't delegate, because all of this stuff very interesting.

Speaker 4

Sorry, We've watched so many people go through this work, and it's always the same. If people handle it differently, like Karen's very quiet, right, they handle it differently. This freaks you out at first because you think I cannot lose this belief. It's keeping me alive. I just want to tell you, think about how funny that is. Your beliefs about yourself and your reality are not true. They're just what you believe, and they empower us and limit

us in so many ways. You start playing with it and letting them fall away, believing that hard work is good for you, Believing that whatever you know, whatever it is, you're not going to change what you enjoy doing.

Speaker 1

Is it going to change?

Speaker 4

I haven't decided now that suddenly I'm late for everything. I just don't freak out. I'm never late, am I man? I'm still never late. It just doesn't happen, in fact, but I don't worry about it. If something happens, I trust, I go well, wow, okay, I can feel that, But that's fine, Everything's going to be fine and always is. So oh, I'm so glad you were late, Christy, I've overslept.

Speaker 2

Okay, good.

Speaker 1

You know what the messed up thing about all of it is picked the flat tire because it was gonna be safe. And now I am you. I am fucked up, Like my head is like.

Speaker 3

It just reminded me of a conversation we had. You were super stressed about work, and you like it was like that little barb that you threw at me, and you're like, well, I can't just walk away from work as easy as you can, ah, because you're a better person.

Speaker 1

And neither confirm or denying and care.

Speaker 2

And how did that feel? You know that was your maniftation of it? Right, it did not feel good.

Speaker 4

Now A certainly he's calling you, like what you mean? I don't care, I'm irresponsible. Is it important to me to work hard? That's important to me? You know you're right.

Speaker 1

I don't need this shit. I stay with it, buddy, take a break.

Speaker 2

You're the provider.

Speaker 1

It's funny.

Speaker 4

What's important to your identity? Listen, I've had years to go through this. We're laughing and I'm telling him here to tell you it's gonna be okay, but you're gonna have moments like this where you're hyperventilating. If I don't care anymore, I'm gonna be apathy. If I'm neutral life, it's going to be boring. If I don't worry about what people think of me, I'm gonna get fat and sloppy and right, all these things are going to happen

if I let go of these things. I believe that why people like me, why they love me, why they want to be with me, why do I have a beautiful home?

Speaker 2

Why?

Speaker 4

Because I'm all of these things, And it's none of that. It's a reflection of how I feel about myself, and those beliefs are not helping me feel anything. In fact, you're having a conversation with your wife about being stressed out about work.

Speaker 1

Right, do you have any idea? We don't have that kind of conversation. But you're super stressed about work.

Speaker 4

Let me help you, No, because we have done all this work, Work still happens, things still go on, but nobody's stressed.

Speaker 1

About it anymore. That's all you want. And this is like deceivingly simple, like it's fucked up, like it's beautiful.

Speaker 4

Yeah, it is an absolutely beautiful way on live and it's the thing.

Speaker 1

It's like I want everyone to know, but it's something that you can't just explain, right, You've got to walk them through it in order for them to find that. You have to make the connection yourself. When it clicked, hit me like a frecking mac truck. Had we not been on camera, I would have been a puddle on the floor somewhere. I mean, it was that impactful to me. And it's crazy to me to say that because I worked really hard for the past four years and I've done nothing.

Speaker 4

You haven't got yourself ready to hear this, right, everything you've done has been important to lead you to this moment, and this moment is just going to lead you to the next one. You've done so much work because if I had said these words to you two years ago or three years ago, your vibration would have been so down here that you could have even heard the words.

Speaker 1

So it's really beautiful.

Speaker 4

That's why we do these classes that we do. I mean, these are things that we teach that Gary taught to me over eight times of doing an eight week intensive course, and we have five or six other courses that we've developed together to take people through this approach the way to live life. It's not fifteen minutes on a podcast.

Speaker 1

It's a lot of learning.

Speaker 4

But it is so fantastic and that's the community that we have people that are doing this work and helping each other do it. It's so much fun. But sometimes at the beginning it feels a little intense.

Speaker 1

All right, here we go my work, here's done. A freak come out, and now I can do Like I said another podcast, if this mic wasn't on an arm, I would drop it. That's incredible how that worked to do.

Speaker 2

Yeah, well, I think this is going to be a great episode. People are going to love this, oh yeah, and so they're going to be directed to new Reality TV where I just uploaded a whole bunch of shorts because you were talking about you have shorts in there, so we got Josho shorts on nice awesome.

Speaker 1

Yeah, don't hesitate to reach out to me.

Speaker 4

If you don't reach out to me, I'm probably going to assume you're not doing it, and I'm not going to love and respect you because that will mean you don't have a good work.

Speaker 2

That is so unfair.

Speaker 1

That mean yeah, I'm a little mean. You know, you're not supposed to take advantage of someone wanted down.

Speaker 4

When else can I take advantage of someone most impactful?

Speaker 1

So I see what your plan is. You find the biggest weakness and you prey on it. Uh huh oh, I get it.

Speaker 2

You found it.

Speaker 1

Good point.

Speaker 2

It's not a weakness, it's just to believe that isn't true.

Speaker 1

Now, it's a false construct that I've gone my entire life believing, especially in the last few years.

Speaker 3

And we ended up sitting in the car for two hours waiting for the tire guy and then he blew off work for the rest of the day.

Speaker 1

We had a good time.

Speaker 4

There you go, because you're like, okay, and that's was part of that event probably.

Speaker 2

And nothing actually happened.

Speaker 1

Actually one person got a little panky, but well really, I mean it's fine, no, great, okay, all right, we'll go get to work. You two. Thanks thanks for playing. Thanks, Okay, deep breath.
