Here's today's thought. Some events that have happened, or that have been happening, or that are still happening in this country, the United States, over the last probably a few years now, but events that justin folder recently got me thinking about projection. You remember your psychology one on one class. Projection is when you see things that reflect you and other people and you believe it's them doing, or saying, or being, when it's really you projecting your
own thoughts and behaviors onto someone else. We'll take that into a larger, broader context and it makes you really think about the world we're living in right now metaphysically. Now, metaphysics teaches us that we create our own reality.
So when we project onto someone else our own internal thoughts, it's not because we don't believe that the other person is actually doing, thinking, and being this these things that you're projecting onto somebody else, you truly believe that that person is acting, thinking, and being in the way that you're projecting onto them. You have a blind spot. You don't see that it's really you that you're projecting onto somebody else. But the act of doing that actually creates
your reality. So those around you everyone you see isn't an enemy rather than a friend. So when they say get your mind right, your thoughts are your reality. So as you project, remember that you are projecting your reality onto others, and others will start acting the way that you say and feel and think that they are acting, because that's all that you will be able to see in your own mind. The bog of Ageta says, as you gain control of your mind with the help of your higher self, then your
mind and ego become your allies. But the uncontrolled mind behaves as an enemy. So I take that to mean that if you're a friend of your own higher self, and if you don't have an enemy inside you, then you are going to see friends everywhere outside of you. And this has to be so because the world is nothing but our own own projection. You see, if our own mind is embattled, then we're going to see everybody as an
enemy, because that's what we see inside of ourselves. If we don't know how to conquer our own mentality, our own thoughts, then our thoughts act as our enemy. Our mind always tries to fulfill our desires, whether we get the benefit of it or not, and that's how we create our own reality, isn't it So? I guess what I'm trying to say is what you think about yourself inevitably creates the reality around you that you bring to yourself.
So if you see yourself as angry or prejudice or judgmental in some subconscious way, then what you're going to attract to yourself is anger and prejudice and judgment. But if instead, inside you feel about yourself as kind and wise and positive and loving, then what do you think you can attract to yourself? What do you think you're going to see in others? It's how the universe works, right. We bring to ourselves what we feel about ourselves.
It's a change that has to begin with us, has to begin inside of us, because our reality inevitably always reflects our own thoughts of ourselves into the world out there. So love yourself, be a friend to yourself. Feel how wonderful of a human being you are, because you are a wonderful,
tremendous, incredible human being. Let your exterior and your interior reflect this, and you will see how the people that you encounter, everything that's happening around you suddenly is wonderful and fantastic and loving, ENLiGHT and positive, because that's how the universe works. First,
