On this week's episode we are joined by Symon Badenoch who was diagnosed with Parkinson’s at 48, initially keeping his diagnosis quiet for 3 years, before first sharing it publicly this year when he decided to run the Canberra Half Marathon. He raised $8,000 overnight and then $20,000 in total for Shake It Up. He tells us about the event, his diagnosis and the road to being comfortable sharing about PD.
